(There are) “moments when it is clear – if I have the eyes to see – that the life I am living is not the same as the life that wants to live in me.  In those moments I sometimes catch a glimpse of my true life, a life hidden like the river beneath the ice.  And  . . . I wonder: what am I meant to do? Who am I meant to be?   --Parker Palmer

Who are you meant to be? What are you meant to do?

This program is designed to introduce in-depth the principles, processes and experience of systemic constellations so that participants are able to shift their and others’ transgenerational trauma and re-learn how to heal in community. It serves as Level One of a constellation facilitator training, providing experiential learning of constellation principles as participants focus on their own growth and healing.

Whatever our roots, each of us has an indigenous birthright to be safely and securely held within a community, in touch with our healthy ancestors, and freely allowing love to flow and move through us to others.  This birthright has largely been lost through generations of war, colonization, slavery, famine, conflict and immigration, other societal traumas and splits, and the ensuing havoc these things have wrought on family systems. We often look for solutions that keep us separate, or make us better at being separate, so deeply have we bought into these beliefs.  Those of us who have walked the path we offer here have found instead that true healing happens when we move beyond these limitations and into genuine relatedness, including with that which we rejected, be it parts of ourselves, members of our families, or people and groups we once deemed ‘other’ or unworthy.  Constellations provides a powerful methodology to accomplish these transformations.

 In this program, we will:

•Move beyond the illusion of separateness

•Experience connectedness and a growing sense of community with cohort-mates

•Experience the healing of psychological and spiritual wounds

•Understand the mechanisms of how constellations work

•Reconnect with a deep sense of self/soul/’who I am as a most sacred being’

•Advance your sense of your sacred work in the world, uncovered and brought into sharper focus through the use of constellation principles

Features:

•Opportunities to have more personal constellations done than on weekend workshops

•Formation of a supportive learning community

•Part of the foundation for a constellation facilitator training. We believe comprehensive trainings should include three components:

•Didactic elements - theory and background of constellations, brought to life through application to participants own issues

•Personal growth

•Practice of new skills, including practicing facilitating constellations, with developmental feedback

This cohort program is mainly focused on the first two. In a second year, these two components will be revisited and practice of facilitating one-on-one and group constellations added, so that at the end, participants will emerge as trained constellation facilitators.
