Organizational Change
Constellations have been shown to be a quite effective tool for organization change and transformation, because they can surface, depict and shift long standing unconscious, constricting patterns. They are called for particularly when:
The problem is long lasting
The cause is not known or not clear
The usual methods don't help
The energy is bring drained out of the system
