“Love is the basic energy of the Universe. “
How many mystics, including systemic constellations’ founder, Bert Hellinger, say this? However, in our own lives, what is our experience of this? What amount of time do we spend with love flowing freely – to us, so that we feel totally loved; through us, to those we care about and those we serve? Experiencing free-flowing love is both our birthright and a worthy life-long journey, and increasingly something we are asked to step farther into for the survival of the planet - we are asked to look at each human from a heart-centered place of love and compassion. Hard to do if we have not had this experience ourselves.
In this two part workshop series, participants will be able to have constellations on the areas of their lives where they would like love to flow more freely – to be unentangled, no longer blind. Topics could range from personal trauma, reintegrating parts within oneself, issues within one’s current family, one’s family of origin, or one’s ancestors, romantic partnerships, health/illness, loss, death, immigration, the effects of war – any of the many things that can separate us from ourselves , each other and from love.
We do all of this under the banner of Love as the basic healing force in the world, and in our work together.
The more we spend time together in a constellation setting, the deeper we are able to go in healing. We will have at least three constellations each session, and it can be expected that the sense of belonging and depth will grow through the series. You will find yourself healing, whether through your own constellation, representing in another’s constellation, or holding space.
There will be a 1/2 hour break during the workshop; please bring a snack if you’d like one. Specific address in White Bear Lake will be given upon registration.
