Dr Karl-Heinz Rauscher, MD studied medicine in Munich (Germany) and Yale University (US) and spent eleven years practicing as a specialist in Internal Medicine. Trained in Family Constellation Work by Bert Hellinger, he has been leading international workshops and trainings in Systemic Constellation Work since 1994. Jan Jacob Stam is an Organizational Management Consultant and Coach. Systemic Work and Constellations have been his passion since 1996. He co-founded the Bert Hellinger Institute of the Netherlands with his wife Bibi. Recently he has started TeamConnect. He loves to connect people, teams and organisations to their full potential. Bruce Nayowith, MD began training in Constellations in 2014. Since retiring from emergency medicine in 2019, he has more deeply engaged in forms of collective resourcing and “sharing nervous systems”.
